Our 7-day return policy and how to start a return.
Eligibility
You can return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 7 days of delivery.
Sale items, gift cards, and personal accessories (caps, socks) are final sale.
How to start a return
Sign in, open the order, and tap Request a return. Pick a reason and we will email you a courier label.
Drop the package at any Pathao or REDX collection point.
Once we receive it, we issue your refund within 3 business days as store credit or a cash refund on your next delivery.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, request a return and place a new order. The original refund covers the new purchase.
