Where we ship
We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh through Pathao, REDX, Sundarban, and Steadfast Courier.
International shipping is coming in late 2025. To get notified, drop your email in the footer.
Rates
Free standard shipping on orders over ৳5,000 nationwide.
Inside Dhaka: ৳60 (2–3 business days).
Sub-Dhaka districts (Gazipur, Narayanganj, and the rest of Dhaka division): ৳100 (2–4 business days).
Outside Dhaka (everywhere else in Bangladesh): ৳150 (3–5 business days).
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with the tracking number when those channels are enabled. You can also track it under My orders.
Delays
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, message us on WhatsApp at +880 1700 000 001 and we will resolve it the same day.
